Ship check-in will be conducted at the San Diego Cruise Port between 11:00 am and 3:30 pm on the scheduled day of ship boarding.

Getting to the Port - By Air: San Diego International Airport is just a few miles from downtown San Diego. Rental cars and taxis are readily available. Public transit is available via the Flyer Route No. 992, a Metropolitan Transit System bus that travels to and from the airport and downtown San Diego, stopping between Terminals 1 and 2 and the Commuter Terminal. The 10-minute bus service connects with Trolley, Coaster and Amtrak stations and is wheelchair-accessible.

Travel Insurance information - If you are concerned your health may prevent you from going we advise purchasing the optional Travel Insurance that will allow you to get a refund if you cannot go on the cruise because of medical reasons.

Cancellation / Refund policy:

  • 8 months prior to the cruise you can cancel your reservation with no penalties or charge and receive a full refund of any deposits previously made.
  • 6-8 months (180-239 days) prior to the sailing we may impose a $50 per person cancellation charge.
  • 4-6 months (120-179 days) prior to sailing we may impose a $100.00 per person cancellation charge.
  • 2-4 months (60-119 days) prior to the sailing we may impose a $200.00 per person cancellation charge.
  • 30-59 Days prior to the sailing date there will be a 50% charge for cancellation.
  • 29 Days prior to the sailing date there are no refunds.
